This update will include the recent SIP Access Control List changes that have been previously communicated in-app and via email. There is no downtime or caller impact expected as part of this release but because of the nature of what we are changing, if you are a direct SIP client and have not added your changes to the new Access Control List, you could see dropped traffic. Please reach out to our support team for any questions or assistance. Also note, this cutover will take place for all voice regions at the same time.

We have identified an issue with SIP certifications after scheduled maintenance last night. Our Development team has identified the issue and are currently putting a fix in place.
 
This incident is resolved. The certificate change has been reverted and the system is set back to pre-maintenance settings.
