Mindful development teams continue to investigate an issue affecting all Mindful Callback users . , you may experience stuck calls, callback processing issues, or other degradation.


Reports of stuck calls and system issues have been received by the support team beginning at 3:30p ET.

 

Mindful development teams have identified the issue and are working to return normal system functionality

 

We have identified that Voice-US West region is affected as well.

Remediation steps are still underway at this time.  

 

Remediation steps continue to return environment stability.

 

The issue has been mitigated and the Mindful platform is functioning as expected. 

The Mindful development team identified an unexpected issue related to the Mindful Callback release 26.04, updated the night of 4/30/26.  This issue caused stuck calls to build within queues as call volume increased throughout the day.  To remediate the issue, the team has rolled back to the prior version and verified the system is stable.

The team will be reviewing the data to identify a root cause.

Management Portal Notifications
 

Following our deployment last night, some customers using Scheduler may notice an automated notification at the top of their Global Settings page under the Configuration menu.

What you need to know:

  • Zero Impact: This message is a result of back-end automation updates. It does not affect your existing configuration or organization settings.

  • Action Optional: You may see an option to "Publish" or "Dismiss" these changes.

    • Publishing the change will clear the message from your dashboard.

    • Dismissing or ignoring the message is also perfectly fine.

  • No Changes Required: Regardless of the action you take, no functional changes will be made to your user experience or settings.

We apologize for any confusion this notification may have caused. Our team is working to ensure these automated background updates remain seamless in the future.

Management Portal
 
Due to an issue with a third-party vendor, the Mindful UI is experiencing degradation and possible inability to log into the platform. Call processing and system performance is processing as usual. Once the issue with the vendor is resolved our environment will be restored.
 
We have received confirmation that this issue has been resolved. We have also verified that the UI is now functioning as expected.
Management Portal
 
We have identified a specific issue where Out Of Office responses from email services will create a block of future email alerts from Mindful to that specific email address. The issue has been identified and the development team is working on a fix.
 
We have identified the issue and will implement a fix in next month's release. If you have any issues receiving emails until then please reach out to our support team.
